Welcome to Adytum. By downloading, accessing, or using the Adytum mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Adytum utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate readings, Dream Decoder analysis, and esoteric insights. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that all content provided by Adytum is for entertainment, reflective, and self-awareness purposes only. Adytum is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or predictive nature of any insights generated.

2. Virtual Currency (Sparks)

Adytum employs a virtual currency called "Sparks" to unlock premium features and tools.

  • Purchasing: You may purchase Sparks exclusively through the Apple App Store.
  • Non-Refundable: All purchases of Sparks are final and non-refundable. Sparks represent a license to access digital content and server computation.
  • No Monetary Value: Sparks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside the Adytum ecosystem.

3. User Conduct

Adytum is a place of clarity. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or the App's source code.
  • Input personal, sensitive, or confidential information of third parties into the prompt/reading inputs without their consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, UI elements, texts, and underlying algorithms are the exclusive property of Adytum. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adytum and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, the AI-generated insights, or your reliance on any content provided within Adytum.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
